The Blue Apple Electric Senior Rewards Program offers discounts on repairs, replacements and evaluation fees to individuals ages 62 and older. Also included in the program is accommodation for special family involvement, or second person verification, and priority service.
Reflecting on what motivated Blue Apple Electric to develop the program, CEO Jeremy Prevost says, “Too often, when it comes to obtaining service, senior individuals are taken advantage of or their needs are overlooked. That’s why, unlike most electric service programs, we created a program designed to give our senior customers peace of mind. The program is our way of demonstrating our commitment to conducting business in a moral and ethically responsible manner.”
All Blue Apple Electric employees are required to go through senior sensitivity training, background checks, and drug testing. To qualify for the program, customers must be ages 62 or older.
The Blue Apple Services Senior Rewards Program discounts include:
- Priority service
- Discounted evaluation fee of $29 (normally $89)
- Special family involvement
- Second person verification available
